This is a meaningful distinction from consumer AI tools (such as free chatbot products), which may reserve the right to train on the content you submit. We do not use your scripts to train any model, and your content is processed solely to deliver the analysis you requested.

4. How Your Analysis Is Created — Full Transparency

We believe you deserve to know exactly how your work is handled. Your analysis is produced by sending your screenplay text (or relevant portions of it) to business-grade AI language models, which return structured coverage, scoring, production, and budget outputs. Only the data necessary to produce your requested analysis is transmitted. Results are AI-generated and may contain errors; they are informational and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain the sole owner of your work, and you are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any material you upload.
